- Ensure job advertisements are compelling and aligned with iFlairs’ mission and values.
- Network Building:
- Develop and maintain a professional network to keep a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Attend industry events and career fairs to promote iFlairs and its clients.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends and job market developments to provide insights and recommendations.
- Analyze hiring metrics and adjust strategies to improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Candidate Experience Management:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
