Overview
FutureX Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth & Strategy Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this consultancy role, you will be instrumental in driving the agency’s growth, refining our service offerings, and securing our position in the competitive digital marketing landscape.
Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in guiding FutureX’s future direction, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry. The successful candidate will leverage their analytical skills and proactive approach to lead the agency to new heights. This part-time role offers the opportunity to transition to a full-time consultancy based on demonstrated performance and results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Developing Growth Strategies: Craft long-term growth strategies that align with FutureX’s vision and goals, focusing on service offerings, target markets, and innovative business models.
Setting Objectives: Establish clear, measurable goals and KPIs to track agency growth and performance.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conducting Market Research: Perform in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Analyzing Data: Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, client satisfaction, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
Developing Acquisition Strategies: Create strategies to attract new clients through inbound marketing, outbound sales, partnerships, and networking.
Enhancing Client Retention: Implement initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention, including personalized services and regular performance reviews.
Service Innovation and Optimization:
Innovating Service Offerings: Identify new digital marketing services or enhance existing ones to meet client demands and stay ahead of market trends.
Optimizing Processes: Streamline workflows and processes to improve efficiency and service delivery in a remote environment.
Team Collaboration and Management:
Managing Remote Teams: Lead and coordinate remote teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and productivity.
Facilitating Training: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to keep the team updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Performance Monitoring:
Tracking Progress: Monitor the performance of growth initiatives and campaigns against established KPIs.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the leadership team, highlighting progress, insights, and recommendations.
Business Development:
Identifying New Opportunities: Explore and pursue new business opportunities, such as entering new markets or forming strategic partnerships.
Negotiating Contracts: Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners to secure new business deals.
Resource Allocation:
Managing Budgets: Allocate budgets for growth initiatives and ensure efficient use of resources.
Evaluating ROI: Assess the return on investment for various growth initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
