Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development & Sales and Marketing Leader to drive the growth of FutureX Digital Marketing Agency. This individual will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies that boost client acquisition, lead nurturing, and business revenue. The role demands expertise in digital marketing services, a deep understanding of sales funnels, CRM management (HubSpot), and exceptional leadership capabilities to oversee and mentor the existing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Sales Funnel Management: Build, optimize, and maintain sales funnels for different digital marketing services. Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to monitor leads through the funnel stages.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead the end-to-end sales process—presenting the agency’s value proposition, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Client Retention: Develop long-term relationships with clients by ensuring quality service, offering upsells, and addressing any challenges they face.
Marketing Strategy & Implementation:
Growth-Oriented Marketing: Create and execute organic and paid marketing strategies tailored to meet business growth targets, with a focus on revenue generation of AED 50k/month.
Digital Campaigns: Design and launch campaigns (social media, content, SEO) that align with sales objectives and drive measurable results.
Brand Visibility: Leverage digital channels to increase brand awareness and reach. Position the agency as a trusted leader in digital marketing services.
Leadership & Team Development:
Mentoring & Training: Lead and train the team on marketing trends, sales techniques, and digital strategies to enhance their skills and performance.
KPIs & Performance Management: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team success. Oversee progress in alignment with business objectives and sales targets.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by aligning sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure business growth goals are met.
Operations & Reporting:
CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot or similar CRM tools for tracking leads, customer relationship management, and streamlining sales processes.
Strategic Growth: Implement systems that support scalable growth across multiple digital service offerings.
Performance Analysis: Analyze data and campaign metrics to adjust strategies and maximize ROI. Provide reports on sales performance, growth strategies, and client feedback.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior role within a digital marketing agency, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and sales funnel optimization.
Sales Leadership: Proven success in managing sales teams, leading business development initiatives, and closing high-value contracts.
CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM tools, including funnel building, lead tracking, and automation.
Strategic & Analytical: Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent people skills, capable of negotiating contracts, building relationships, and collaborating effectively across teams.
